Empowered Self Care Educator

She has been eating healthy, exercising and learning new things her whole life. She has lived through trauma and abuse, ADHD, depression, fatigue, chronic pain, cancer and a mysterious illness called Epstein Barr Virus. When faced with a challenge, Susie would DECIDE to try something new and educate herself to find a healing solution. Susie's journey of finding personal healing ignited her passion to help others help themselves and has shaped her life's work as an Empowered Self Care Educator.

Susie's educational background includes a BA in General Studies from IUSB, certifications and training in Conflict Resolution, Master level in Reiki, 3 levels in IET, Tapping, Meditation, Qigong, Living Foods Educator, 2 levels in iRest, 40 hrs in YogaEd for kids, 200 hrs in Kripalu Yoga. She is currently completing an internship on Patterns for mind-body-emotions.
