There are many ways to create healthy health. The easiest is by eating organic veggies and fruits, nuts and berries...the way God intended.

Empowered Self Care offers you several different cleanses to jump start your transformation towards optimal vibrant health.
All options are great. After completing the Health Scope Scan, during the consultation, we will go over the options and develop a plan that's right for you.

Suggestions for Cleanse Preparation
In preparation for the cleanse, prepare your mind, body and spirit by setting your intentions, visualizing your outcome and setting short term goals. Be loving, kind and compassionate with yourself. I suggest starting on a friday evening. Consider planning a retreat weekend to unplug... literally no phone, no computers, no tv, maybe even no music. Do a staycation or weekend getaway.
If you have never done a cleanse start with doing a 1 day juice cleanse or fast from 6pm to 6am (make sure to drink plenty of water before 7pm). Consider colonics and enimas.
Eliminate all processed foods, sugar, caffeine (coffee, pop and diet pop) regular salt, alcohol, smoking and red meat. I recommend acupuncture to help with the cravings and side affects from abstaining from these items. Include light exercise, walking, yin yoga, detox yoga (helps with side affects). Nothing strenuous and add a long relaxing epson salt bath with some lavender essential oil and baking soda. Make sure to spend some time relaxing, meditating, journaling, listening to beautiful music and enjoy nature by BEING not doing.
